DAKE

Hong Kong artist, Ph.D. in Fine Arts from the Painting Department of Tsinghua University Academy of Fine Arts. Her work is rooted in sincerity and appreciation, capturing life’s encounters and events through imagination. Her creations represent an unfiltered "id," linking her to the "self" in the process of creation while pursuing goodness, beauty, and the "superego."

She has published academic papers in several journals and has studied and exhibited in the U.S., France, Italy, and other countries. Her works have been displayed in China, Japan，the U.S., France, and Italy, and have been selected for prestigious exhibitions like the Art Capital at the Grand Palais in Paris, ART SHOPPING at the Carrousel du Louvre, and the Salon d'Automne. In 2021, she won the ‘Lucie Revel Grand Prize’ at the 118th Salon d'Automne in France, with the exhibition catalog being included in the collection of the French National Library. In 2022, she won the ‘Excellence Award’ at the "Art Exhibition Celebrating the 25th Anniversary of Hong Kong's Return to China." In 2023, she was selected for the Rambouillet City Biennale in France, and also won the Bronze Award at the 5th CADA-Japan Concept Art and Design Competition and the Silver Prize at the Hans Christian Andersen International Art Award. In 2023, she became a member of the Société des Artistes Indépendants, and in 2024, she will join the Salon d'Automne in France.
